Ozark Border Electric Cooperative recently purchased an Avaya IP Office Phone System from McCormack Networks. There were several complicating factors involved in the transition: additional extensions, implementation of a PRI, reconfigured call groups, etc. In addition, the system had to interface with our network and, specifically, with our after-hours IVR (which we had updated just months before). I am happy to say McCormack Networks’ staff did an excellent job with the transition. They were in constant contact with us, our IT company and our phone carrier and were very thorough in determining the sequence of events which needed to take place. The transition was very smooth and we are extremely pleased with the product we purchased as well as the service we received.
